In this examine, Downs, a professor of governmental law and journalism at the University of Wisconsin, discusses and explains why policies that prohibited expression in friendly class and on campus, that demeaned, disparaged, or disrespected others based on race, gender, familiar orientation, and godliness should not be in allowed.
